STOCK AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep our inventory database as up to date as possible. However, in the rare event that an item you have ordered is not available due to simultaneous orders being placed, a technical error, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified and offered an alternative suitable item or we will happily refund your purchase.

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges.  Please contact us within fourteen days of delivery and ship items back within twenty-one days of deliver. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of $10. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that Elemental Magikk accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods occurred during shipping. 

We do not accept cancellations.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order, and  we will do our best to make everything right.

IMAGE ACCURACY & DISPLAY ITEMS

The images on this website are intended to be as accurate as possible to the actual item in terms of color, quality, and workmanship. Please view these photos carefully as they form part of the item description, and note that color can vary slightly according to screen settings. Should you receive an item that you feel does not match the website photo, please contact us. Any items in the photos such as crystals, props, stands, etc, are for display purposes only and not included in the item sale, unless stated otherwise. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is through USPS priority mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you within three business days. We can not ship internationally.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit but we will do our best to find a satisfying solution if an item is lost or damaged.
